We booked bikes with carry for our children. The bikes showed up late and when they finally came had a flat tire. We called numerous times and they kept avoiding us. Finally they came to pick up the bikes and still would not return our calls. Here we are 1 month later and we finally received our refund. They were very rude and had horrible customer service. Do not rent from them.
